The SQME Extruder Motor has 6 to 10 poles windings on the stator, but it has unusual high pole number 66 to 110, which is achieved by a magnetic principle. Having unbeatable efficiency at the full range of torque and speed allows reducing cost and protecting the environment. The pole number is almost 3 times higher than standard torque motor.
The high pole number allows great speed stability for precise extrusion which is very important for medical hose, film, cable industries and laboratory.
